The present legal warning (from now on, the Legal" "Warning) it regulates the use of the service of the portal of Internet www.fondomicro.org (from now on, the "Portal") that the Fund for the Financing of the Microempresa, Inc. (from now on, "Fondomicro"), with social home in the street Av. Bolívar No. 235, Building Liberator 2nd Floor. Bella Vista, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The use of the Portal attributes the condition of user of the Portal (from now on, the "User") and it implies the full acceptance and without reservations of all and each one of the dispositions included in this Legal Warning in the version published by Fondomicro in the same moment in that the User consents to the Portal.
